Place the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
